I have a friend who has run in Ironman and we've talked about applying together ... we figure between the triathlete/skydiver thing we'd make a good story. Only problem is I'm sure the producers would try to trump up some bogus sexual tension between us (when there's never been ANY).

He's a balding, overweight, 50something guy, and I'm...well...I'm not 50something! Anyhow, we figured we were different enough in a lot of ways that might get us at least a little bit of a chance, but our employer told us they wouldn't give us both a leave of absence at the same time. ExAFO 0 #17 May 11, 2006 "The Simple Life"--those cunts got millions for their embarassment...fuck them. "The Apprentice"--er, why does Donald Trump need more money? (he gets 3m+ per episode) "Survivor"-- ....fuck it. These shows show the complete lack of writing talent in TV. Screw it, I'm gonna watch Law and Order or CSI...Illinois needs a CCW Law. NOW. PLFXpert 0 #23 May 12, 2006 I love Survivor, American Idol & a couple others I watch re-runs of when it's on and I'm home. I also read a lot, partake in numerous outdoor activiites including fishing, biking, scuba and sometimes even skydiving, write reviews, paint oils, have kitties & doggies and a boyfriend and have dinners out and drinks/parties with friends and grow orchids and garden and..... Gosh, now that I think about it, Reality TV really has left me stupid with no life Everyone has their mindless activity---I spend far less time watching television than most people do building their Myspace websites, or post-whoring. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
