kelpdiver 2 #51 November 21, 2007 Quote Hey, I am not here to argue with you. It's quite clear what you wrote and not an interpretation issue. Changing the subject, not answering questions and making the conversation convoluted is a technique but it doesn't change what you said/wrote. I raised the BS flag on your statement and you continue to tap dance. If you don't want to stand behind your words and admit what you said is a falsehood and was used out of context, hey thats on you. Wow - LOL. Tell you what, you can have the last word. billvon 2,990 #52 November 26, 2007 Personally I'd wait for the Vigil 3, or whatever it is they will call it. Jo indicated that the "fire during pressurization" issue will be resolved in that revision. (And since I occasionally jump from pressurizable planes, it's an issue for me.) For most people, though, that's not an issue.

AndyMan 7 #58 May 19, 2008 Quote What happens when the Vigil reaches its end of life at its "20 year estimated life"? Who knows? By all evidence, Vigil is not putting an artificial lifespan on their product. That leaves it up to the rest of us to decide when to retire our own gear - just like we do with the rest of our gear. Just like we did with the old-style mechanical AAD's. We're pretty good at doing that on our own - I don't see many FXC's in use anymore. _Am__ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.
