sabre97 0 #1 April 22, 2006 My house was broken into about 2 weeks ago. I have been dealing with the insurance company for too long. My 20-D, 10-D and 4 wide angle lens were taken. After talking to the insurance company, they can not get me a new 10-D. They said I could order 2 new 20-D cameras, or a 20-D and a difference camera for the same price. What would you do in my place. I'm not sure that ordering two 20-D is a good idea. Any thoughts? Blue Skies

Guest 1010 #5 April 23, 2006 yep, 20Ds are soon to be off the market as well. I'd probably get a 30D and more glass instead and pick up a used 10D or 20D later. If you are shooting a wedding or something important that demands a spare camera, I'd just rent a spare for the occasional day/weekend, runs about $20 here in Portland. What do you like for wide angle lenses? I just bought the nice Canon 17-40, so far so good gonna take it to the dz tomorrow for just shooting around. You can have it good, fast, or cheap: pick two. napaguy99 0 #6 April 23, 2006 You could probably trade in that extra apostrophe on "Camera's" for a 10-D or two. "Let the misinterpretation and attacks begin."
