freeflir29 0 #1 April 16, 2006 Ha! Been a damn long time since I could start this thread. Went out Friday and got a sunset load. A free fly with Hans (DZO of The Farm.) Damn fun jump. Reminded me of how fun skydiving is. Then got in 3 Saturday. Not bad considering that I didn't START jumping till 3 PM. No I wasn't hung over.......I was TRYING to wait on the wind to calm down. That didn't work out so I just went anyway. One full altitude jump shooting tandem vid for fun. Then 2 Hop and Pops to run the pond. Missed it both times. Damn currency! Saved the best for last........Did a 3 way. The two chicks were belly flying so I decided to try out my back flying in the air. Haven't really had much experience with it flying with others. Just have done Quite a bit in the tunnel. It was cool as hell and I will never fly on my belly again except to pull. I was laughing my ass off flying round and round and all over with the belly flyers. MAJOR fun! Had to leave around one though..........had to do OTHER relative work. It's good to see the family though! One other thing I learned this weekend........Whatever happens DO NOT by and RV or Camp trailer for the DZ. It makes you lazy as shit. Vallerina 2 #10 April 16, 2006 0:4:0 I did some GREAT dives with some of the ladies from the Chicago Sirens. They are so much fun and really freaking awesome in the sky. I watched UFC 59 w/my brother and company, and yes, Tito should've won (barely, though). I can't believe the Russian dude lost, and I can't believe I'm gonna miss Gracie and Huges fight. The rest of the weekend was spent with my wonderful nephews, and I studied. Studying sucks There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

Icon134 0 #14 April 17, 2006 0:1:0 I went out to the dz on saturday morning... managed to get one jump in... less then ideal conditions... and due to a family engagement I had to leave just about the time the skies opened up... I was considering going back out to the dz this afternoon... but since clouds were moving back in about 1500... I decided to stay and do Easter stuff with the extended fam... at the rents house... so I only got one 2-way with Ed Lightle... this weekend... Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...
