Stories of a zombie on set of Grindhouse, Tarantino/Rodriguez flick

So I did two nights on the film. The shoots were from 7:30 to sun up. The first night was grueling and we just waited around and they never got to us. But I this last Sunday was awesome.

They finally got to us Zombies at about 3:30 AM and then it was on! I was like the foremost zombie so I should have good screen time. There were parts where Rose McGowan (not a real big fan of hers) ran down a hill and explosions were going off and she ran past me and I went after her. and then there were parts where some of the stunt Zombies got shot and blood splattered all over me. IT WAS KICK ASS!

The other cool thing was at one point at a about 1 foot standing in front of me was Tarantino and Rodriguez directing one scene, a bit in my personal space but I was ok with that.

Tarantino is pretty much the dork you see him in all movies and that laugh he does is his real laugh.

Seriously, congrats on the part! I had a bit part in a movie a few years ago... was supposed to be called "The Oath" or something like that. They wanted me to come back and do a couple more scenes, but unfortunately I was back over here and couldn't do it...

I'll be damned... I found it!

Trailer is on the front page. In the very first part of the trailer, I was the left hand guy kicking the door in (left side of the screen) and also in the horse chase scene.

I'm going to have to contact Ms. Zapata and find out if I can get a copy of it... see how many of my 5 minutes of fame ended up on the cutting room floor! B|

You're so cool, Kim. What do you think--Is this going to be as good as From Dusk Till Dawn? Were you able to sneak any pictures of yourself in your zombie makeup? Your "hurry up and wait" stories are making me miss being on set. ;)
