meloo09 0 #26 March 1, 2006 Easiest surgery I ever had. Had them done in the morning was out on the boat and jet ski the very same day. Salt water rinse and codeine were the key. What you do speaks so loud, I cannot hear what you say.

MagicGuy 0 #30 March 1, 2006 I waited too long to get my wisdom teeth out, so it sucked for me. I was in bed for 3 days with a very painful, swollen and bloody mouth. Changing the gauze sucked really bad because I couldn't even open my mouth. And all I could really eat were popsicles. I played a lot of video games for those three days The worst part is the stitches. Having them in your mouth is just weird. I couldn't wait for the fuckin' things to fall out. AlexCrowley 0 #31 March 1, 2006 According to my dentist: the pain afterwards is somewhat random, sometimes little sometimes a great deal. My first extraction was difficult and was really painful for about two weeks. The second (this one) wasnt so bad, because of that I've been forgetting to take painkillers for it. The first day I didnt do solid food, but with both I was back to eating normal food the next evening. Twinges for about 6 months are normal as the bone grows back, but other than that it's not like I've been crippled by either of them, only one was more traumatic (damage wise) than the other. TV's got them images, TV's got them all, nothing's shocking.
twibbles 0 #32 March 1, 2006 You can jump as long as you're comfortable i guess. I got my lower wisdom teeth in a littly bottle, when i rattle it my dog freaks out. Eugene . twibbles 0 #33 March 1, 2006 My lower wisdom teeth were impacted, but not erupted. so had to cut open my gums, then split the tooth to extract both of them. Can't complain about my dentist, she's my mother. Local anestetics for my upper wisdom teeth when they came out, that was simple, i did remember that it squeaked really loud when they were extracted.. No drugs then as well... Eugene . brianfry713 0 #35 March 1, 2006 I had a skiing accident where I smashed up my face pretty good, I ended up with an "extra" wisdom tooth floating in my gum above one of my other wisdom teeth. I got knocked out and had all 5 pulled and it swelled up my face pretty good, and made it harder to breathe for a few weeks, but seemed to slow me down a little bit for about a month. The stiches inside my mouth were very annoying, but once those were out it wasn't too bad.BASE 1224, Senior Parachute Rigger, CPL ASEL IA, AGI, IGI USPA Coach & UPT Tandem Instructor, PRO, Altimaster Field Support Representative
