I had no intentions of working for "In-Touch" or "US Weekly" type publications, but a lot of the law was geared toward that. B/c as long as a photographer (paprazzi) is standing on a public ground/street, he/she can snap a shot of a celebrity naked or whatever on private property and use the photo for publication. Jennifer Aniston has a case now of a photo published with her sunbathing topless. The thing she has to prove (and perhpas did, I don't know) is that the photographer had to trespass to get the photo. But, if in fact, it was possible to snap a shot of that location from a public street with a good camera/lens, then he was perfectly w/in the law to publish it The same applies with everyday people but you're FAR less likely to ever need to worry about it.
