It consisted of A Uncooked Egg that was cracked into a bowl I would then add a bit of soy sauce poor it over (and mix it into) a bowl of hot steamed rice. I would consume it by wrapping it in small strips of nori (which is that seaweed that is used in cucumber rolls) It was ten times better then the left over fish (usually whole and cooked) from the previous night.
