boinky 0 #26 February 9, 2006 Quoteso next time i'm down maybe we should all try for a 1/2 way place or something? That would be GREAT! I'm in! If you'll let me know in advance, I'll go by the old residence and see if I can stir up some scorpions and bring them along so you can kill them for me and be my hero! waltappel 1 #32 February 9, 2006 QuoteI come to TX every other month on business. I love it there. Unfortunately it's the the DFW metroplex and not around you or Walt or 'Twardo, but someday perhaps we'll hook up... Airtwardo and I both live in Houston. It is about 5 to 6 hrs. drive time from Dallas, I think. Boinky lives in the College Station area, which is (I think) roughly an hour and a half drive from Houston going kinda sorta toward Dallas. That would really be a riot if we all got together! Walt

Brains 2 #36 February 9, 2006 Quote luckily both of those places have not only a gas station but also a Dairy Queen. Yeah, THAT doesn't happen very often. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.

AggieDave 6 #46 February 9, 2006 There really is nothing in Centerville. Although I'm sure there's some smaller resturants, I'm not sure where they are exactly. Waco would probably be a better choice in just having more options of places to go. I think I'm working that day, so I probably won't be able to make it anyways. Too bad Hico isn't the half way point, I know of a really good place there.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
