Biggest Loser Contest...Need your Help!!!

Recommended Posts

LMW, your comment of, "on the food day" leads me to believe that there's one day of food every five days, which wasn't what I meant.

It's one initial day of ex-lax to purge/cleanse your system.

Then ONE five day fast, while drinking water, while walking.

From the sixth day on; cereal for lunch with a piece of fruit for dinner, while drinking water, while walking.

=30lbs in 30 days.

Quote

Day One - Ex-lax
Fast for 5 days
Drink a liter of water each day.
Walk briskly or jog for three miles everyday.
Eat one small bowl of high-fiber cereal w/skim milk everyday at lunchtime.
1 piece of fruit for dinner.
Take vitamins each day.
No hard liquor.

Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Unless you try amputation. I've heard that's about the fastest method. :)

You could try elective surgery and have some of your extra internal organs removed. All of that dieting and exercise just sounds like too much work.

Now for the real advice. Keep your meal portions small, you should always see at least half of your plate when having a meal. Make vegetables a part of your daily diet. As said before keep healthy snacks and get rid of carbonated drinks. Add plenty of water to your daily routine. You can add a little lemon juice to get rid of the boring water taste. Good luck:)

You have 15 weeks, that is a LOT of time to lose weight, you don't need any crash diet or quickie loss. Is your goal to win a contest or have actual long term results? Anyone can lose weight, most people gain it back. I lost 90 lbs and kept it all off, 80 of it over about 8 months, the rest slowly over a couple of years. It's harder to keep off than lose. If you want details, let me know, but how I did it are permanent changes, not just a short term kind of thing.
