What's your daily/weekly workout routine (non gym)

For conditioning, when I'm not lazy and on the point of burnout, I stole this from the japanese wrestlers -

Take a deck of ordinary playing cards.

For each suit choose from: squats, pushups, situps, starjumps or back bridges.

Shuffle the deck, leave in the jokers.

To start remove picture cards. When you get comfy put them back.

Now deal the deck, do the number of exercises on the card.

Pictures are 11,12, 13. Jokers are 25 of your choice.

If that starts getting too easy go through the deck twice.

It's a pretty easy workout that you can do just about anywhere without needing extra equipment.

TV's got them images, TV's got them all, nothing's shocking.
