Buried or Cremated???

Recommended Posts

Ok without getting religious, what do you prefer for the "grand finale"? I have made it clear to my family to make sure I will be cremated and if I get buried I'll be back to haunt em'. I just don't see the point of taking up land, being made up, what to wear, and literally rotting with wormies coming out of your eyes. Forgettaboutit!!! Besides it's obvious where the partys' at......For Real Tho...what's preferred???
is it dark yet

All organs donated, then cremated.

No burials, and definately no above ground crypts.... those are just spooky.

But, the reality is that the time then is more for those left behind.... and however they need to deal with my passing is ok with me.

I definitely want to be cremated and my ashes scattered in an ash dive. My husband and I joke that if he goes first he will be making his first skydive (ash dive) but I promised him it would be over a golf course :P.

Ever wonder if your eyes were used, the next person could see what you saw........never know.

Yeah, I think they might need to have a bit of your brain as well if they're going to see what you saw... The eyes wouldn't serve much purpose without the brain. ;)

I want to donate as many organs, etc as I can.

Then I'd like to be buried under a tree in a forest somewhere. I figure that I might as well be compost instead of taking up space and having to pay for it as well. Also forests are way more beautiful than any cemetery I've been to. Doubt it would happen though as I'm sure they have laws about where bodies can be buried. :D
