Computer help....grrrrr

I've typed a reply to an email 4 seperate times and hit send; however, the damn thing keeps rolling back to the log on page for bellsouth saying my session has expired. I am only taking a minute or two at best to do this email so I don't get it.

Someone suggested I may have a virus or something and need to download something besides Norton. Any suggestions????? If you suggest do so in nontechnical terms as I'm not a geek.

Maybe someone in cyberspace can read the email and since I'm being a bitch they are just kicking me out or something.

assuming your using IE, go to tools, then internet options. Click clear, Delete Cookies and Delete Files. This will mean you have to re log in on sites that you use the keep me logged in options but it may help.

also just type it in notepad then copy and paste to email it so if it dosent work you dont have to re type it
