skymama 37 #10 January 2, 2006 Well, yesterday my daughter deemed it too hot to go play putt-putt, if that is any help for you. The high is expected to hit 82 today. I had to turn the a/c on for last night and today. The high on Friday is expected to be 60, so as you can see it's pretty variable. It will probably seem pleasant compared to what you're used to though. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

ripcord4 0 #13 January 2, 2006 I live just west of Orlando and currently it is 83 F. and bright sun. A little breeze - no more than 5-6 knots. Paradise!
pilotdave 0 #14 January 2, 2006 Bring warm clothes! I've gone to florida (orlando and farther north) in january for the last few years. It can be very chilly. One year it was up to the lower 50s during the day, mostly high 40s, and down into the 20s at night (and I was planning to camp out with my crappy sleeping bag). I arrive in orlando on the 17th of this month... hoping for nice warm weather. 80s would be just fine, and I think I could even live with 70s. plowdirt 0 #15 January 2, 2006 Yea those burgers were great, But I don't think that it could compare with the O's "Big Debrahs Burger" Home sweet Home, there's no place like home.
Brumby 0 #16 January 2, 2006 Yeah, we are there from the 27th! The weather in the UK is what many people would say is a load of F***ing S**te So..................................70's & 80's would be like being at home in the summer on a hot day if not better
tso-d_chris 0 #17 January 2, 2006 QuoteYea those burgers were great, But I don't think that it could compare with the O's "Big Debrahs Burger" If it is a good burger you are after, try the Airport Bar in Deland (not to be confused with the Perfect Spot at Skydive Deland). They're not quite the best burgers I've ever eaten, but they are way, way up on the list. For Great Deals on Gear

Brumby 0 #19 January 2, 2006 The worst i have jumped in was last year, it was minus 29 @ 13000ft & that was just the static temp. After wind chill traveling @ temrinal it was rather chilly to say the least
