When you have purchased your lift tickets, please write your name on the back of them and bring 6 tickets to me prior to the Airspeed day. You will meet in the hangar at 07:00 to stretch with Airspeed. Wheels up at 08:00Also for those that choose to utilize packing services please note that there has been a price increase for pack jobs through the concessions. Sub-100 $5.00 to 150 $6.00 over 150 $7.00 For those that have never been to Eloy please note that all packing for hire is done through the concessions. This means that independent packing for hire is not allowed. Landing Areas and a little bit about safety You will receive a briefing in the manifest office when you sign in, but here are a few things for you to think about ahead of time. Both of our landing areas are set up as a runway system. The North landing area (Main) is East to West or vice versa ONLY. The first person down sets the pattern even if its wrong! If you don't like the pattern set you are welcome to land in the desert. South area (alternate) is South to North or vice versa ONLY. Same rules apply as above. No Fly Zone 500 feet above all buildings and 500 feet above the wind tunnel! Exit Order Crw exit at 8k then RW groups largest to smallest followed by freeflyers largest to smallest, high pullers, students, tandems, wingsuits. If there are wingsuits and tracking on the same load, trackers should plan to go out first and wingsuits last. Please let manifest know if you are planning on either of these kinds of dives. We ask that trackers and wingsuits flyers avoid manifesting on loads with tandems. It just makes our lives easier. Wingsuits will have their own air space as we have in the past. Wingsuit flyers need to check in with the wingsuit booth each morning for jump run instructions. Wingsuit flyers just plan to land out most of the time High pullers- you may only pull high on the first load of the day so if you're testing a new canopy this would be the load to do it. Otherwise plan on pulling no higher than 3,500 feet. This goes for everyone. Decision altitude is 2,000 feet and if you pull lower than that...well you might expect to receive a Burking We really want everyone to have a great time here, but remember too that safety comes first. We've not had an ambulance ride for a serious skydiving incident the past 2 Holiday Boogies and we would sure like to keep it that way.Lastly with over 900 people here last year and the same or better expected this year, please everyone keep your head on a swivel. This sport is safer than it is forgivingIf you would like to ship items to Skydive Arizona prior to your arrival please feel free to do so. You may obtain the address from our website. Please note however that we only ship from manifest via Fed-Ex or UPS and you must have a credit card or account number to use these services. Lastly...the Amber will be flowin' cuz AggieD's a commin! Currently we are seeing lows of 42 highs in the mid 80s.
