Okay, Bob, it is quite possible that you have identified a situtation (besides cheesecake) in which I could tolerate creamy peanut butter. B|

Ahhh...creamy Jif and grape jelly sandwiches, with the crust cut off and cut into triangles. Served with a nice glass of skim milk!!!

Ahhh..heaven. One of my favorite snacks.

I voted "old-fashioned, stir the oil back in" but I didn't know that was old-fashioned:$ I use all-natural peanut butter which has no other ingredient than peanuts. So, if you keep it at room temperature the oil separates and you have to stir it back in.

Trickk--if you don't mind chilled peanut butter, by keeping it in the fridge, the oil won't separate:P

I LOVE peanut butter!

Funny thing ... I always used to think that you *had* to keep peanut butter refrigerated after you opened it because my parents always did it. I think because I grew up with it, I prefer my peanut butter chilled.

I have, however, switched to natural peanut butter (usually Adams or store brand), though I grew up on the processed, no-stir stuff.

I have a million of those! Ha! I thought ketchup & mustard had to be refrigerated, which I absotlutely still do. I thought red wine was supposed to be chilled. I thought all tupperware was microwaveable.

Basically, if it wasn't in a box, it was in our refrigerator growing up. I like EVERYTHING cold. No-one in my family cooks---so I had to learn a lot about microwaves, too. My hunny still laughs at me, as I'm continously learning these things. :P

Ha! I actually lost $20 on the ketchup thing. I don't typically make bets I don't KNOW I'll win. I just KNEW it would say "refrigerate after opening" on the ketchup. It didn't. It was a real defining moment for me. Ha!
