SuperKat 0 #4 December 13, 2005 It's a parody of the Old GI Joe safety clips from the mid 80's. At the end of every episode, they played these safety clips to educate kids on hazard issues. These were voiceovers and it just fit so well. That's why it's funny. I guess you just have to be from that era to understand. I won't be there this saturday. Gotta watch over my dad at the hospital.
