At that point he lost complete interest. . .he wasn't sexy and his attitude wasn't sexy. . . If I wasn't a skydiver, and some guy told me he skydived simply to impress me, I don't think it would work so well. It's definitely not something I'd want to talk about for more than the barest moment. So if you're looking to impress a girl, be who you are...not what you do. If it's really your thing and part of who you are, then that side of your personality will show. FlyinseivLP2 0 #20 December 10, 2005 Had guy a work a few years ago that wanted to start skydiving. I took him through tandem progression. It took him awhile to get through the program but finally finished. He did one solo jump and later that week told me he was giving up the sport. When I asked him why, he said he thought it was really going to help him pick up chicks! He said they didn't care when they told them he was a skydiver. I then told him if he would have told me that was the reason he wanted to skydive that I could have saved him alot of money. Even if skydiving does help you pick up women, you will lose the ones that stick around for awhile when they figure out skydiving is more important to you than they are.
