Then back home. Remster 30 #10 December 7, 2005 Toronto is cool actually.. Its no Montreal, but it manages It's the Louvres. Its awesome if you are into museums, but its immense. If its your 1st time in Paris, and you only have 1 day, I'd say skip it unless you are really into art. Have fun, eat lots and drink lots! Too bad Beauvais is not further south, though you shoul dstill be able to get some good eats!Remster

BillyVance 34 #14 December 8, 2005 Unless I'm mistaken, the only part of France that is friendly to Americans are those communities near the D-Day beaches... I wouldn't wear any clothes that clearly make me look like an American anywhere else in France... Have fun ya dirty hippie! Guest 1010 #15 December 8, 2005 My favorite is Sacré-Cour. Never heard of it before being there. It's an amazing church on a hill overlooking the city. One day is tough! But I'm still envious! You can have it good, fast, or cheap: pick two.
Remster 30 #16 December 8, 2005 QuoteMy favorite is Sacré-Cour. Sacré-Coeur is actually very well known. With Notre Damme, its probably the 2nd best known cathedral in Paris. Its in aan area called Monmartre and has loads of nice outdoor restaurants. This time of year tho, the outdoor section are probably closed.. a bit nipply.... PS: Hippy, you can go through Pigalle to get there. Google Pigalle if you dont knao what I mean! Remster
