Derek turned his stuff in on Monday and told them he gave them a months notice so he is changing it to 3 weeks cause he needs some "extra training". He has been biking, jogging, and working out every day this week. Poor Sherpa has been a doggie jogging fool.

Well the boys are tired and sore but training is going well. There was something about not being able to find there way out of a walmart parking lot, so I think they are lost without Mary there to keep them on the strait and narrow.

I just got off the phone with Hook a bit ago. I needed to know some important things before I packed. Like if there is a hair dryer and a coffee machine in the room I'll be staying in.
