Well, Luci must be doing something right then.. She did my FS1 qualification dive, a 16 point 4-way.. Could have done better if she didn't get a brain lock. For me, i go into a track when i run down stairs..

we carpet dive alot, launch three ways off the couch...have out landings etc etc, Cody is sick of it and refuses to be front float, but I hate front float

I rode in the passenger seat of my sister's car earlier. We were cruising down the road when suddenly i came to and realised i had an arm out the window, with my hand fluttering in the wind, imagining i was head down.

Nope...........I only get to jump every 4th month. So......I practice my EP's often just to keep the muscle and mental memory alive. Just randomly when I am walking around each day.

whenever i'm putting the kids down after carrying them, esp the little ones, I have them under their arms, facing out, and swoop them down to the floor, then flare them out for a nice, soft landing.
