migliore 0 #26 October 27, 2005 QuoteBe careful. Sometimes when a middle-aged lady driving a Camry says one thing, and the two "kids" driving the cool car say something else, people can believe the wrong way. So unless you already have witnesses, or she already has a ticket, go back, take pictures of her point of view and yours, draw out what happened. The more consistent and realistic and full of legitimate details your story is, the better, because she won't be able to fill in the spaces. It worked for me when someone ran a stop sign and hit me. Wendy W. Good points, Wendy. She has already tried to pull some fast ones, like claiming their was a witness, even though there wasn't (nobody stopped and nobody was there to speak to the cop). I really think it is going to be in our best interest to hire an attorney to make sure she doesn't try something. Shane
skybytch 273 #27 October 27, 2005 QuoteI mean that is getting to head gasket blowing time. There's a "time" for blowing a head gasket? And to think I was told it was my fault for letting the engine temperature get too high...

Dude you should try garry marting hayes, I mean their commercials are pretty intimidating. Maybe Montlick and Associates. J.G. Wentworth, no wait thats for sick and dying people. Who's injured?? That intersection sucks and no doubt you have hit a moron who thinks they did nothing wrong, hence the moronic I'll try and cross this one way street maneuver. It would have been better for you to friggen slam into her head on so that you could have proved she was in the middle of the road obstructing traffic. Ok ok, so I really can't help you at all. Sorry bout the car man. You guys jump the farm now?? Maybe I'll see you out there.Skymama's #2 stalker -
wartload 0 #30 October 27, 2005 QuoteBTW, since this might get complicated, does anybody know of a reputable personal injury attorney in Atlanta? Is that a contradiction in terms? (Lawyers are like cats -- there are individuals that you might enjoy being around, but as a breed they are pretty reprehensible.)
Broke 0 #31 October 27, 2005 Sometimes it can't be helped. especially with the way some of these cars computers are made. I like it when you could fix a car without needing a computer... As a follow up, I got a copy of the police report today, and she was ticketed with "Failure to yield". So (at least according to the cop), she was at fault. simplyputsi 0 #35 October 28, 2005 Sue her anyway for pain and suffering, oh and definitely trauma. I mean what would you have done if your rig was ruined. You would be scared for life. Glad to hear your not broken and stuff. oh and I can't help but keep thinking of this, the most dangerous part of skydiving is the drive to and from the dropzone.Skymama's #2 stalker -
Gawain 0 #36 October 28, 2005 QuoteWell as of saturday my old new car became and ratherly large paperweight. I'd like to get the same car if possible but their is no guarente i'll be able to find another (that whole not being made anymore and such). I liked the wagon for the little extra space but it also held it's own on the nice mountain roads and I don't think I want to go back to an suv just yet so any suggestions. Ditch the Saab and buy a loaded Subaru WRX wagon (same exact car). Or, buy an Audi A4 Wagon Quattro. Or, buy a HONDA. So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light!
