happythoughts 0 #23 October 1, 2005 Did you see the pic of Max on page 55 doing his 7000th jump ? Seven-fricking-thousand. For those of you who don't know Max, he is almost a historical figure. At one point or another, he has had bunches of skydiving records (but I understand he is trading them in on CDs ). His car is a 1970 Volkswagen bug (the original type). So, his car is older than most of you. He does a PLF on almost every jump. "How are the winds today ?" "Max stood it up." "Whoa. I'm grounded." He is in his 70's (I believe) and still playing.
