Keeping open wine fresh!

Shannon how long can I drink a bottle of red wine after I open it? More than 2 days? :|

How's your neck? :)

That's kind of long to be drinking one bottle of wine. That's like one 1 ounce sip every 2 hours!

:D

Edited to say, necks doing good. Back hurts a bit but I think I'm stuck with it so I'll make due.

How's the ankle?

Getting better every day. :D I will be back to kicking butts again in no time. Not yours of course. Unless you want me to that is. :)

How YOU doin? ;);)

What kind of wine is/was it? You can usually leave a half decent bottle of red wine on the counter with a cork in it for a few days before it oxidizes but it'll last even longer if you use a VacuVin (which sucks the air out of the bottle) or a gas like Private Reserve (inert gas that displaces the oxegen in the bottle). Put white wine in the fridge and it'll last longer than most people think.
