Lindsey 0 #5 September 29, 2005 Some Aggies were trying to scare the Longhorn football team before the game and threw firecrackers into the locker room windows. The Longhorns lit them and threw them back!-- A conservative is just a liberal who's been mugged. AggieDave 6 #8 September 30, 2005 Yeah, saw that when it was up, it really happened. Whats great is that's Loupot's Bookstore, a bookstore that has been across from campus since the 40s. Its a great example of a true Aggie joke (and I love it)!Even though it was actually smart thinking on the part of the owner of Loupots. QuoteOur windows will not support the weight of plywood screwed into their frames — neither is there sufficient masonry wall surrounding them for an attachment — therefore our contractor a "good Ag" suggested saving the store from a major cleanup and letting the glass go — it wasn't a difficult decision to make!--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
