tinlizzy73 0 #2 November 30, 2008 Buy the Skydiving Survival Series if you haven't already seen it. http://www.square1.com/manufacturers/square1/p1078.asp Then watch the malfunction segment called "Break-Away" at least twice. It's not freefall information like you requested in your post, but it's a good way to learn stuff that could save your life someday.Jeanne Blue Skies, better days, more beer - Oh the humanity - Peace be with you my friend DON'T TASE ME BRO

Also these are really good fun, children of the corn, soul flyers, money meet 2008 (which is FREE), good stuff - that's probably the longest with the most variety, the remedy. There's others I've still yet to get but all those are good. I have been recommended "learning to freefly" dvd's but I've yet to purchase those, next on my list for sure. Hope that helps. erdnarob 1 #4 November 30, 2008 Get the video "Break Away" on malfunctions. You also can get the video "Kinestesia" from Guy Manos. Take care of your knee, it's a fragile articulation especially when ligaments are stretched from a twist. I wish you the best recovery and hope you have a good physiotherapist. There are several treatements like electric stimulation, turbo bath for massaging your knee..etc . Take care.Learn from others mistakes, you will never live long enough to make them all.
