ccowden 0 #1 September 15, 2005 2 years ago today, Tommy left this earth. Hard to believe it's been 2 years. I miss him. So, I am going to have a beer, drink to Tommy, and remember all the great times. Damn there were alot of great times! I love you, Tommy! I miss you so much! Anyone join me in a drink to Tommy and all the friends we have lost who touched our lives in such an amazing way? And to all of my friends who are still with me on this earth.... thank you. Thank you for your friendship, your love, and all the ways you touch my life. I love you all!

jimmytavino 16 #6 September 15, 2005 Sure thing man... i raise a glass as well,,, to stand beside you in his honor.. funny ,, but just yesterday my thoughts drifted to Tommy C. and my mind wondered,, "Damn,,, it was around this time of year.........wasn't it ?"..though I was not sure of the date.... Your bond was and IS evident, and real and genuine, and total...... HOLD onto that... Use it to enhance the many many connections and friendships you have accomplished in this sport.... As Tommy is at peace so should you be.... This thread does a great deal to explain another thread which you authored a day or so ago..... Sadness is sometimes inevitable, and No one should say,,,, " Oh that's ok that's ok...it will pass"... In many many cases,, It will never pass.. and that is the way it should be..... when such strong and honest and solid friendships have been created... it is essential to remember the good,, the fun times,, the happy memories... Focus on nothing else..... and Skydive with him once again,, tonight and on any other night you'd like,,, in your slumbering dreamtime moments..... peace chris............. jimmy from frontier
ACMESkydiver 0 #7 September 15, 2005 I have no beer. I will sip my bottled water & remember this guy that was on this website that we found & thought was so cool when we first became enraptured with this idea of falling out of an airplane on purpose... As my Italian in-laws would say, "Salut!"~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.

skymama 37 #9 September 15, 2005 I'll have some wine with you. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Tommy, but any friend of yours is probably worth knowing in my book. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

bob.dino 1 #15 September 15, 2005 I'll raise a glass to a man I never knew. Anyone well-remembered by good people must've done a lot right in this world.
Peej 0 #16 September 15, 2005 I've never had the pleasure of meeting you but through what i've seen you post here i get the sense that you're a very genuine, caring person. I believe that like attracts like and thus i get the sense that Tommy was too. I'd be honoured to raise a glass to a fallen sky comrade. My thoughts and prayers are with all you bad fish at this time. ps. The instructors clip is still one of the funniest things i've ever seen Advertisio Rodriguez / Sky
