shropshire 0 #2 September 12, 2005 Yeap, he just too damned bright.... you threw it, you get it We had a Dobie like that, we adopted her late in life and she just didn't know how to play. It took lots of time and patients but she got it in the end. Got a hollow ball and put cheese in, she looooved cheese. (.)Y(.) tigra 0 #3 September 12, 2005 Maybe he thinks he's a cat? Cats don't like to do things for the sole purpose of amusing their humans.

Ashtanga 0 #5 September 12, 2005 The best thing about those dogs is you don't have to take them outside to use the bathroom. Just hold them out the window and squeeze them a little and everything comes out. Saves time.

Frenchy68 0 #7 September 12, 2005 Quote Just hold them out the window and squeeze them a little and everything comes out Good point. But my experience is that you should make sure you have your fingers pressed firmly against their eyeballs, as they WILL pop out should you squeeze a tad too hard. Ashtanga 0 #8 September 12, 2005 How difficult was it to take that picture? Lst time I took a picture of a puppy it was something like this... 1. Remove film from box and load camera. 2. Remove film box from puppy's mouth and throw in trash. 3. Remove puppy from trash and brush coffee grounds from muzzle. 4. Choose a suitable background for photo. 5. Mount camera on tripod and focus. 6. Find puppy and take dirty sock from mouth. 7. Place puppy in pre-focused spot and return to camera. 8. Forget about spot and crawl after puppy on knees. 9. Focus with one hand and fend off puppy with other hand. 10. Get tissue and clean nose print from lens. 11. Put cat outside and put peroxide on the scratch on puppy's nose. 13. Put magazines back on coffee table. 14. Try to get puppy's attention by squeaking toy over your head. 15. Replace your glasses and check camera for damage. 16. Jump up in time to grab puppy by scruff of neck and say, "No, outside! No, outside!" 17. Clean up mess. 18. Sit back in chair with lemonade and resolve to teach puppy "sit" and "stay" the first thing in the morning.
bendywendy 0 #9 September 12, 2005 That's too damn cute. Maybe he could learn to push it with his head? No, stitch a pullup cord to it and he can drag it back to you.
