wmw999 2,507 #78 August 4, 2005 Sometimes I can't tell if you're being serious. I hope this is all one big joke. Really. Because if it's not, well, it should be. If it is, you need to ask why you're on the list, and bring some expensive beer to the DZ the next time you go out. pilotdave 0 #79 August 4, 2005 I have to disagree... I think the ranch should be paying him! This is some great advertising. I hope nobody at the ranch gets the impression that any of this is bad for the dropzone in any way. He could be their new mascot! Dave

mr2mk1g 10 #81 August 4, 2005 You're all missing the point here. Someone is tampering with my pilot chute while I'm under my canopy!! This can't be a problem with my kit – it's happened to me on at least 5 or 6 different rigs now. With each one I've got down from my jump to find my PC has been collapsed. That could cause a mal if I didn't catch it each time. Given how often this has happened to me I wouldn't be surprised if it had happened to others too. I urge you; check your pilot chutes after you land. If they've been collapsed, immediately suspect sabotage! Someone is probably after you just like they are after me! Ron 10 #83 August 4, 2005 Quote You sound like a small tampering which will not kill me, is OK. No, what I said was you are acting like a small child and claiming that a torn that YOU most likely stepped on will kill you. YOU most likely didn't uncock the slider. And you would rather blame anyone but yourself...You must be perfect since you can't seem to take blame for anything. Let me guess, if your car ran out of gas it was due to someone draining the tank right? Try to follow along...I'll say it again: "I think you screwed up and forgot something. I think your ego will not let you admit you fucked up, and you are pissed that some folks at the Ranch think you are dangerous. So you made up some stupid story saying people are out to get you. I think you are full of shit." Quote If you very much doubt that FAA will give a rats ass about "cover for the reserve pin... Really nice work, very hard to see", "the reserve riser was cut and the main bridle was also cut", "cut the reserve cable, routed the cutter of the AAD around the loop", and "There are more", you may want to call them and find out. NONE of these things happened to you. YOU FORGOT TO DO SOMETHING. Now you are trying to blame anyone but youself. Quote Go on, bet on my death We don't bet on your death. We bet on you continuing to do stupid things against our best advice that results in you killing yourself. We try to prevent it, but you don't. Case in point...Several on here have told you that your slider was most likely an accident by you, but you claim to be so perfect that it could never happen that way.[sarcasm] Yes, it is MUCH more likely that someone wanted to hurt you than you just being stupid[/sarcasm]. Then several on here said that if you feel unsafe then you should not jump there....You ignored them. More advice ignored. THEN we said that you should maybe not slander the place...But you ignored that as well. If I had my say, I'd ground you from the Ranch for being antagonistic and dense PLUS a saftey hazzard."No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers,

Just last weekend someone took the batteries in my Neptune out and replaced them with dead ones!!! No shit, my audible was working fine, and then nothing!!! mr2mk1g 10 #91 August 4, 2005 The plot thickens. Come to think of it... sometimes when I arrive at the DZ my alti is showing a couple of hundred feet. Obviously the DZ hasn't gained altitude... someone must have gone through my kit while I've been away from the DZ and set my alti wrong so that I'll go in! It's a conspiracy I tell you. nate_1979 9 #92 August 4, 2005 yea? well... someone keeps turning my cypress off at night... Seriously!!! I turn it on for jumping on saturday, but when I come back on sunday IT'S TURNED OFF.. Cooper, who has both a 'line strecher' and a Velcro 'De-Fuzzer' that is going from DZ to DZ creating untold possible carnage... Canopies out of trim EVERYWHERE and closing flaps flopping!
