faulknerwn 38 #2 August 5, 2008 We use them for our small student rigs (ours are size 200 though.) They fly really nice and are popular with our young jumpers. They're pretty docile.
mamajumps 0 #3 August 5, 2008 Who makes them and are they still in production? The one up for trade is a 170.

riggerrob 643 #5 August 5, 2008 Skymasters were rectangular student canopies built in South Africa by PISA. PISA quit building Skymasters when they were bought by Aerodyne early in this century. We operated Skymaster 290 canopies for many years in Pitt Meadows, BC and Beiseker, Alberta. Great results. Few malfunctions and few landing injuries. We still have a pair of Skymaster 230 canopies in transition rigs.
shibbayshib 0 #6 August 6, 2008 I have a skymaster 200 and I like it a lot. It has nice openings and is easy to pack because it's a zp topskin and f111 everywhere else. The skymaster is definitely less responsive than your tri 150 but if you're upsizing it's probably because the tri was too fast for you so the skymaster is perfect Watch out for the big banana.
