FIREFLYR 0 #1 August 31, 2005 I'm so frustrated with my AOL service (and lack of customer service) So I thought I would do my part to get as many people as I can to dump them. My DSL is $10 less and way faster! Fuk AOL! ~J ...thanks I feel better"One flew East, and one flew West..............one flew over the cuckoo's nest" "There's absolutely no excuse for the way I'm about to act"

NWFlyer 2 #6 August 31, 2005 It took you that long to take off the training wheels? "There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. The best is the AOL for Broadband where you have to buy a broadband connection AND AOL on top. What a waste. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing. vid666 0 #14 September 1, 2005 As usual your personal single experience is simply not enough to make a solid arguement as to services "suckability" Otherwise cable modems work just fine for me (as long as you are not in apartment building). Your mileage/speed/results may vary.

The best is when I trouble shoot their network for them and tell them they have a problem like when their DNS server(s) went down. Yes a girl does know how to do an ifconfig, ping, and tracert. Fly it like you stole it!
FIREFLYR 0 #16 September 1, 2005 QuoteIt took you that long to take off the training wheels? It wasn't a problem till it was, I thought DSL was expensive but it's cheaper! i didn't think I could lose my Email address but Yahoo hooked e up. ~J"One flew East, and one flew West..............one flew over the cuckoo's nest" "There's absolutely no excuse for the way I'm about to act"
Cudlo 0 #17 September 1, 2005 Comcast Cable Internet: Current Downstream - 600-800 KB/s Current Upstream - 40 KB/s (wish they would raise that but whatever) Helps that I am not in a trendy area... mostly middle age folk around this part that don't even know how to turn on a computer let alone use the internet. So, the cable network doesn't get slammed very hard even during peak hours._________________________________________ "People demand freedom of speech to make up for the freedom of thought which they avoid." - Kierkegaard
