Also you need to make the first move. Make sure he knows unquestionably that it is OK for him to kiss you. And a Girls Idea of making something obvious is sometimes very different than a Guys idea of what is Obvious.. It is best usually to hit the guy over the head with a bat to make sure you have his attention and then use very small and direct words in short sentences to make sure he understands what you are trying to communicate to him. For some of us it is next to impossible to tell when "She" is just being friendly and playful and when "She" is actually interested. The worst thing you can do is make a Pass at someone who just wants to be friends because then things will be uncomfortable afterwards and possibly ruin a friendship. It is usually best for a Guy to err on the side of caution. It just about takes something that drastic to realize that some girl really does like you and that it is ok to make a pass at her.
