Two & A Half Men...ever notice?

Last night I went to my parents house for dinner. My dad has the TiVo thingy and loves the show. Well after dinner dad played an episode that I had seen awhile back (The webcam episode) and I noticed something funny at the beginning when the credits are still popping up, you know like the producers and stuff. For some reason I looked down at the corner of the screen and saw:

Executive Producer
"Asian Beaver"

Of course I started laughing at loud, dad played it back and laughed out loud, and mom got pissed at us and went to bed.

When I get home and go to bed I turned on Cheers, as I always do, and obviously I'm now looking for something like this again. I saw(this time at the end of the show):

Executive Producer
"Fill in your name"

Anybody ever see this or things like this on other shows?

All the time. I can't remeber any specifics right now but mostly in movies. I think it's the crews way of getting a chuckle. Good eye though!
