For example, if I had to work this weekend, I would offer to come in later Saturday afternoon or on Sunday afternoon. There is the always the occasional work all weekend thing, but it is seldom that this occurs. So yes, I do work weekends, but I am blessed to be flexible with my working weekend hours when needed.
