Hackb431 0 #27 July 29, 2005 Billy, Hey brother do we have the same boss? LOL I just crossed over my one year mark and was waiting for my review with a similar Boss. Very condesending, rude, and impersonal. This guy whose office is 15 feet from mine would send me task by email instead of speaking to me. Appearantly I had a communication problem. Too Funny. Every other job I have ever had I had been promoted or reconzied in some form with in 6 months. I had the same speech. Except in his words it was like "This is how it is if you don't like it leave." To which I told him ok here is my notice. Thanks and ba bye now! I am now free to persue a long time dream of learning to fly although I am highly nervous and scared as I am one who likes a certain feeling of security. Oh well sometimes in life you just have to take that leap of faith to achive something great. But as you said you are married with a kid on the way so how about you get some vibes from RkyMtn and I'll take your hug because well I mean damn just look at her she is yummy delicious! Keep your head up cause the only time you should be looking at the ground is during your spot!HackB A.K.A. "Puppy"
Rebecca 0 #28 July 29, 2005 *smooch* Thanks girl! I'm doing just fine, but if I wasn't, this would've made me cry. I'm sure whoever is mourning and sad will feel touched - how could they not? God, can you imagine if everyone, or even a few more of us did this all the time? Just reached out there to see if anyone needed us? What a world that would be... You've inspired me Rocky - HUGS FOR EVERYONE!!! (((((((HUGGGGGGS^infinity)))))))) you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk? RkyMtnHigh 0 #31 July 30, 2005 Budda walked thru the desert for years with this antagonist on his trail telling him he was stupid, no one cared, no one would listen to him, etc etc..anything to rip on Budda's character, this guy did it...finally after quite some time, Budda turns to the man and says "Let me ask you a question...if someone offers you a gift and you refuse to accept that gift, who then does the gift belong to?" The antagonist says "well of course the gift stays with the giver"...Budda smiles and says "exactly"..and continues his walk. Moral of the story is that it's up to you how much you're willing to take from others. There are people out there that want to drag you into their world of insecurity and misery..but it's your choice to let them take you there. _________________________________________
RastaRicanAir 0 #32 July 30, 2005 Oh, we're down to Buddha stories now. Well, maybe it's the six pack bringing it up, but here goes: An elder monk and a younger monk walked together on a pilgrimage, across many miles when they reached a river that they must traverse on foot. Standing at the river, also, was a young woman, of some social standing, who didn't wish to risk her safety or garments by wading into the water. She immediately implored the monks to come to her aid. Observing their solemn vow to never touch a female, the young monk simply -and with some disdain- ignored her, but was shocked to see his companion immediately raise the woman upon his back and begin wading through the waters. After many more miles and hours upon hours of fuming over this incident, the young man finally spoke: "How could you violate your vows just to help that foolish woman?!" His wizened mentor broke stride just long enough to answer. "My goodness. Are you still carrying that woman with you. I set her down hours ago." The moral is .............well....whatever you get from it.OrFunV/LocoBoca Rodriguez/Sonic Grieco/Muff Brother #4411 -"and ladies....messin with Robbie is venturing into territory you cant even imagine!-cuz Robbie is
