Do shorten ur barbell after three months cause if not u can break ur teeth or the ball and end up swallowing them like i have and always keep extra balls handy to change if one cracks. As for as the nose ring, like everyone said try to see if they will let u put a clear one in just so it heals enough for u to take it in and out.
