monkycndo 0 #1 July 15, 2005 Happened to see this on the freeway while driving to work this morning. Almost ran into another car trying to get a picture. Big enough for you AD? Powered by a Cat motor and called a Kodiak. Before you open the picture, make sure you protect your keyboard so you don't get any drool on it.50 donations so far. Give it a try. gmittar 0 #5 July 15, 2005 Looks totally fake. You can even see where they pasted the top half right on top of the hood of the lower half in the picture. Could be real, but looks fake. Liar! |>.<| Seriously, W.T.F. mate?

I wish I had the photoshop skills to fake this. Followed the sucker for about 4 miles on I580. I had to wait until exiting the freeway so I get could get far enough away to get the shot. It is a GMC PU with a semi drive train that is a service truck for some Mercedes dealer. Yep, expensive business toy. I wish there was a car nearby for perspective. The sucker was huge.50 donations so far. Give it a try. You know you want to spank it Jump an Infinity

JohnRich 4 #23 July 15, 2005 QuoteI wish I had the photoshop skills to fake this. Followed the sucker for about 4 miles on I580. If it isn't fake, then it is highly customized. Because when you web search for Kodiak trucks, you don't find anything that looks like that. The one in your photo appears to be a one-of-a-kind build, done by stacking a full body on top of the bottom half of another body, and adding a pickup bed. Check out the pictures of the factory versions at the web site below: Kodiak Trucks Someone has done a heck of a job custom building the one you saw. OK, now I'm just getting a complex that people don't trust me. *Insert crying face here* I looked up one site and it shows the crew cab PU. It looked like this guy did a major lift and semi drive train/rims. The only other thing added was the heavy front bumper and infill double side step. The body is actually pretty tall. There wasn't anything on the bed. www.monroetruck.com/pdf/kodiakhiclass.pdf *sniff sniff* So now do you believe me?50 donations so far. Give it a try.
