Ok help me out with my rig coloring.

Instead of poping down all sorts of money on a new container why don't you put half that money into a used container and put the other half onto account and get current?

At this point you are about 200 jumps away from flying a wingsuit, unless you are planning on putting $4000+ into jump tickets in the next year and a half a wingsuit is a very lofty goal. Get current and see at what rate you are going to be jumping before setting your heart on a goal that might be years before you are able to jump one. I love my wingsuit, but there is so much more to jumping then just winging it, I freefly as much as I wing it if not more since there is way more to skydiving then just one thing.

this rig will be jumpable for 20 years

People will make fun of you if you do that. Trust me -- I know this one first hand. Remember the rig that Wingnut borrowed from me at Eloy a couple of years ago?

That said, I'd go with what Phree said -- consider buying good used gear and investing the money into jumps. Unless it's just a container you're buying, and you have a certificate, in which case have fun...

B/c i simply don't want to wait anymore to get my own rig made and fitted for me, i don't want to have to settle for a used rig thats "kinda close" to my size.

As for waiting a couple years till I can jump a suit. I don't care its worth the wait in this case.

I think you'll be very happy with a Wings container, but I can't help but wonder if the only thing in skydiving that sparks your interest is wing suit flying-something you haven't even tried yet- why are you still jumping? What is it that you no longer get out of skydiving that you once did? And why do you think flying a wing suit is the answer? Before I put a lot of cash into a custom contianer, I'd ask myself those questions and think long and hard about my answers. There's no shame in leaving the sport if the love for it is no longer there.

Good choice NOT going with the Racer. The people I know who have the new Racer are having issues with them. Mainly with the riser covers hanging up or just not working at all. The company's response to the hanging up was "well, try just using the primary tuck tap and don't tuck the secondary tab in." Talk about a bullshit answer.[:/]

You wont' be sorry with a Wings, if you have an issue with a Wings, the company damn near trips over its self to fix your problem, FAST. Hell, I had a problem with my hardware a while back (I posted about it). Henri himself did the repaires and did it in 1/2 a day so he could overnight the rig back to me. That way I would have it to do coach jumps and such that weekend. While there they even put a longer chest strap on for me and only charged me the cost of the stainless that they pay. No charge for the extensive rigging work it took to fix all of that!

Ankie is a badass and Henri is another badass! You won't be disappointed.:)
Since others have said "tell'em X sent you." Just say "DZ.com postwhores say yall are all badass!":D

over 150 jumps on my racer 2k3 and not one hang up on the riser covers................ i was packing a wings a few times this weekend and find my rcaer so much easier to pack...... the closing pin cover on the wings kept geting in my way for packing style (same way i packed my old talon2 also so it wasn't sepecific to my racer)

viking, i will say this, with a racer i have easily gone from a pd210 to a sabre 150 inthe samer container, still tight and looked good and fit the same, just had to shorten the closing loop up...........

Ok only two more days until order time!!!:)
I have tweaked the final design slightly by adding pin stripes to the mid flap, main pin cover and the pop top to add a little flavor. B|

attached is the final design. :)
