Will the Shuttle Lift off on July 13, 2005?

Recommended Posts

The Space Shuttle is scheduled to lift off tomorrow afternoon. I myself am lookign forward to it. Still, it's remaining fairly low on the radar and probably will remain pretty low on it until tomorrow afternoon just before the launch.

I think it is going to launch, but I wouldn't bet money on it.

What do you all think?

We're certainly behaving like it'll go. If weather doesn't cooperate, we're on a day-by-day hold. Each day the launch would move to about 20 minutes earlier, so that we can hit a different time of day, and eventually move out of any weather patterns.

But I'm about to go check out our support room. I believe I'll provide cookies for the launch :)

There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

3:51 pm tomorrow. I think it'll still be a go, but we just got word that a lil problem with a soft window cover which was damaged also damaged two tiles on the back of the shuttle. They said it's minor repairs which they can have ready by lift off tomorrow.
