Enhancments are every where but self cofidence goes way further in my book. Now self cofidence with enhancments, watch out you are going to get a lot of attention.

Can I get a 'rolling eyes' smiley over here, please? How does it hurt you if someone wants to feel better about their looks? I guess you don't wear make-up, never wear perfume, or anything else that artificially 'enhances' your looks. After all, you're so confident...
Let other people feel good about themselves how they choose to. It's not like it's putting you out. I'm sure there are things that you do that others would find ridiculous as well.

A couple of my girl friends got breat enhancements last spring.....I opted for AFF training and a Rig, Tell me I don't have my priorities straight!!

As a guy, real all the way. As with just about any cosmetic procedure, they look greate to everyone in public, but to the intimate partner, the damage is quite visible.
There are scars from the boob job. I dig scars, just not those ones. The boobs feel different. I'd beg my wife not to do it. Triple-double D's are not what I married. And I find that boob jobs are for everyone else but the intimate partner.
Here's one for you ladies (and some men, too) - let's say your guy who has 5 inches, but wants to be a full 8 and a half. He wants to go in for surgery to lengthen it an make it fuller. It means having some saline pack put into it - it won't look the same or feel the same, but it will be bigger.
He says its for his self image. Would you want that?

No surgery for me. Would I like 'em a bit bigger (i.e. 1 cup size)? Sure, but I will not undergo plastic surgery. I have nothing against women that choose to do it for themselves, but I personally won't do it.

My ex is an anesthesiologist in a well known hospital in Southern California that does mostly plastic surgery. He always tells me he'll never understand why women have themselves butchered like that. I think it's funny since he's helping to do the butchering.
Still, I wouldn't get them but mine are pretty ok anyway. Maybe if I had nothing at all I'd think about getting a B or C cup.
