Vallerina 2 #1 June 13, 2005 If we have another day that goes above 90 degrees, I'm going to lose it! I've never looked forward to the day where the high might be 85 degrees! The worst part...it's only June!!!! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
AggieDave 6 #2 June 13, 2005 HA! Its 93F in my house right now... (the AC broke on Friday and I'm waiting for the AC tech to show up today).--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

swedishcelt 0 #4 June 13, 2005 My classroom is 94F without blinds and no a/c. The humidity is special too. Gives that 'fresh' feeling. Woohoo! Party on! I brought in ice and turned on reggae while we all worked. It's the last week of school for us. I would much rather be warm than cold. MissBuffDiver 0 #6 June 13, 2005 I will trade summer with anyone of you. The AZ desert is 105-120 between June and Oct. It cools down to 90 at night. The A/C is on 24/7 from June/July to Sept/Oct. My elec. bill is $250+ in the summer. Anbody wanna trade summers? Didn't think so. tsisson 0 #7 June 13, 2005 QuoteHA! Its 93F in my house right now... (the AC broke on Friday and I'm waiting for the AC tech to show up today). Brother, I'm feeling for you...my AC went out last summer and it took a week to replace the unit after wrestling with my crappy home warranty company. My house was 108 during the day and cooled down to 100 at night...my dog and I slept in the pool... Summer in AZ is slightly uncomfortable without A/C... MissBuffDiver 0 #17 June 13, 2005 Yep I know about the humidity. I have relatives in Okla. The wet and sticky feelings are way worse than my DRY heat. I just don't like the high, high temps. I like spring and fall. Sandy
MissBuffDiver 0 #18 June 13, 2005 Very low %. Few days are humid. It is dry dry dry. Sandy

AggieDave 6 #23 June 13, 2005 From what I've been told by quite a few folks is that Fl isn't nearly as bad as a lot of the Gulf Coast...Mississippi, Houston, etc. Don't know for sure, since I've only been to FL in the winter.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." scottbre 0 #25 June 13, 2005 Val, you're such a baby . I'll take this weather over the crappy 20 - 40 degree days that we're so lucky to have for the other half of the year. When it's hot like this, that's the perfect excuse to go skydiving. That air feels GOOOD. "Your mother's full of stupidjuice!" My Art Project
