Hey, Billy, it's ne-mon-ic. Pretend like the first "m" isn't there, and then it's phonetic after that.

Did that make sense?

I could have sworn it was "de-mon-ic" :D:D

Thanks for the clarification... maybe you should have been my speech therapist... :D

Believe it or not, I could speak Gibberish up until about 1st grade...

"One day in the life of Ivan Denisovich"

When we showed this movie on my sub (back in the 16 mm days) the reels were mislabled. We played reel 3 thinking it was reel 2 - nobody noticed.

Now that's a bad movie.

Starship Troopers!

OMG - I was going to say that one!

That was the absolute worst!

...but what about the shower scene? surely that makes up for some of it's suckitude!

and clerks, while not the work of art a lot of folks make it out to be, was genuinely funny! kevin smith sure didn't wast a lot of money of effects, he made an entertaining movie with actual dialog and characters. sure, it looks like a high school drama class production, but that's part of it's charm imho.

Everyone's welcome to their own opinions, but I only find high school drama class productions "charming" when they are very well-done. Clerks just struck me as being a very average high-school production.

I cannot believe nobdy has mentioned that piece of shit, life robbing, soul sucking "Eyes Wide Shut" - I am absolutely convinced Kubrick did not die of natural causes, someone who had $$ invested in the movie saw the end product and killed him - Hell I only had $14 invested in it and I would have killed him...........

Ive forgotton the name (it was that bad), but I remember gettin to a hotel around 4am after a very long day then a long drive. Some aussies on here may know the name.
but the gist of it is.some guy crossing the nullubor (or other desert in Oz) breaks down, and get caught up with a group living in the outback (family) that are totally psychotic, and they hunt/kill roos, and sometimes people, and theres a legend about the "big red" (not the drink) but a giant red kangaroo that will kill you. no really, thats the plot.

I found Solaris to be a awful movie also.
Others that DMX and Jet Lee movie.
awful, just awful.

Best movie ever:
