My numbers: -1.2 lbs
Current: 199.6 lbs B|

I'm back in the sub-200 club!! Let's see if I can keep it that way this time....

Still under 190, but i haven't posted in a while because of no change.
7lbs to go. Gaining muscle, yea that's it.
Hoping for weight gain in the wallet, resulting in more of that weightless freefall feeling. Need to buy some time too.:P

Distance covered: 24 miles running, 40 miles biking.

Sorry, that just had to be done.


The sole intention, is learning to fly.Condition grounded, but determined to try.Can't keep my eyes from the circling skies.Tongue tied and twisted, just an Earth bound misfit.

Gaining flexibility with yoga :)
Rehabing hip, flying in the tunnel is great for that!

Taking walks for low impact on the hip.

Losing inches, I don't have a scale. I go by how my clothes fit.
