No. but red pandas don't walk upright either. They can stand on them but they walk on all fours.

Billy Bumblers can talk a bit though.

Yeah, this one stays upright for about 10 seconds, which is more than has been observed from this brand of bear... I just thought the resemblance to Billy Bumblers might extend to uprightness. Talking? That'd be a cool trick.

You know what else'd be cool? Having a Dr. Doolittle ability as your X-men power. Then, you could be all, "Dude, wanna really freak everyone out? Next time you stand up, blow kisses to the crowd and take a bow!"
