UGH...........I've heard!

I paid my last house repair bill and officially have a NON-HURRICANE-DAMAGED home again and now I hear the forecasts...........I have been trying for nearly 2 months to get a hurricane shudder place to come give me an estimate - yeah right.

I don't know what I'll do if I have to hang all that plywood myself. Last year I had fabulous help (a real blessing honestly) - that help isn't around any more - and I just can't stomach even thinking about it......guess I won't until I have to but I have the wood and the tapcons ready, if I need them.

I almost hate to buy anything else to put inside, just incase.......I LOVE FLORIDA! I LOVE FLORIDA! I LOVE FLORIDA!

and on that note, the first storm of this year has been named. tropical Storm Adrian is out just west of Mexico and hopefully will not cross over into the gulf as predicted! Stay away! We have two weeks of good weather left!! no early birds!!!

I hope you guys don't get hit as hard this year. You know when you do have a bad hurricane season the powder days don't stop coming here in Tahoe. As a matter of fact I drove to work yesterday in a snow storm and it snowed almost all day. It was a little warm for it to stick though. I haven't seen the blue skies for weeks except in small patches here and there.
