FallinWoman 1 #3 May 17, 2005 Pay down the debt...that means you will spend less on interest...which is just pisisng money away. When my father died, I inheireted my grandfather's money. The first thing I did was pay off my credit card debt. Now I am not spending money on interest anymore....very nice. And it feels like I have more money from month to month.... ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!! Dream of owning a DZ, plus entrepreneurship experience to boot! Go for it! We've dreamt and talked about this for a long time...but the insurance and liability has it's heavy downside which offsets our vision. I know we can do this. bob.dino 1 #18 May 17, 2005 Make them an offer they can't refuse . Or, $10k upfront plus a cut of future profits? It'd allow an older DZ owner to retire and maintain an income stream.
