I quit being so hard on men in general when I realized that it was me making the decisions to go for the pretty ones with sparkling personalities rather than judge them on character.

My realationships are more fullfilling and rewarding now that I got that straight.

I once had a boss that punished anyone that told him something he didn't want to hear. Guess what? The staff learned really quickly.
