MWGemini 0 #2 May 9, 2005 I think that is targetted at the large number of obese Americans who have fallen prey to the "super-size me" mentality and who do not excercise. For those people, simply walking to the fridge can be vigorous activity. Any moderately active person who eats at least somewhat sensibly should be able to stay in good shape. Unfortunately, a very large number of Americans don't fall into that category. Mike

You can do that pretty easy by taking stairs, by walking as many places of possible. Think of this too..clean for a half hour...that is exercise too. I dont think the quite mean spend 90 min on the treadmill everyday, in addition to reguler life stuff She is not a "Dumb Blonde" - She is a "Light-Haired Detour Off The Information Superhighway." eeneR TF#72, FB#4130, Incauto
