weegegirl 2 #12 April 29, 2005 Okay. As of this morning, my new goal is 17 pounds. My weight was crazy this week... up down up down. I changed diets completely. I am now drinking a TON of water, and trying to stick to 5 small meals a day. My food choices have been pretty decent too. I'm up to an hour of cardio each night at the gym.
