The *NEW* DZ.com Weight Loss Challenge, Week 1!

I know people with the opposite problem are often unwelcome in weight loss circles, but is there room on the list for someone trying to gain weight?

I want to do it fairly quickly before I buy gear, otherwise I'll have to worry about wing loading :PB|

why not just get smaller gear??? If you look in the classifieds here you will see that there are more 170 canopies for sale that 200's. (numbers were randon examples. you get the point) Gaining 20 lbs of muscle is diificult and who want to get fatter??

mtexasneal put me in for 220 to 195.

You can put me in there too...I'm starting next weekend though. Now that I have new teeth...LOVE MY NEW PEARLY WHITES!!!...I want the body to go with it. Actualy I just want to avoid the pitfalls of being unhealthy.

Right now I weigh 246

goal is 210 by august 6th...the day I am to be married.

another goal of mine is to improve my self image. I just don't have much self confidence in my self. alot of that stems from my having teeth that were falling out and in horrible disrepair secondary to chemotherapy. BUT now is the time to start.

I can do this....and so can you all.

I figure I can kill cancer...and can jump out of an airplane...I can do anything.
